Free ATM Placement: If you’re looking for someone to place and operate an ATM in your store, then you’ve come to the right place. Comparatively, If you’re looking for atm placement services for your event, you’ve come to the right place. ATMDepot’s ATM placement services will help you get the ATM machine you need when and where you need it ??

Why would you go for an ATM placement instead of just purchasing and operating it yourself? Particularly, business owners, event planners, and retailers often have very busy schedules and some prefer to just focus on their business.

Sometimes you’re just busy doing what you’re already doing and don’t necessarily need another thing to do, but you still want all the benefits of providing cash to customers since you most likely know the benefits.

If you’re the type of retail business owner or entrepreneur that likes to get their hands dirty and operate all aspects of the business then, a placement isn’t for you.

If you prefer to share in the benefits of having an ATM to reduce credit card processing fees and offer customers access to cash without any of the ownership hassles, then an ATM placement is for you.

Markedly, there’s a balance between wanting to own and operate one or outsource one. If the pros of having an ATM in your establishment without any of the expenses or management appeal to you, then you’re in the right place.

When you send us an ATM Placement Request, the team at ATMDepot will search our repertoire of well-established and certified IADs around the country (Independent ATM Deployers) for a locally vetted hands-on ATM business operator in your area. Then, he or she will be able to place an ATM in your establishment and/or at your event. In addition, he/she will also assist you with whatever ATM services and responsibilities of ATM ownership you’d like provided.

ATM Placements can include any of the three aspects of ATM operation

  • Owner of the ATM Machine
  • Loader of the ATM Machine (Cash Vaulter)
  • Servicer of the ATM Machine (service)

If you prefer to have an experienced ATM Business Operator affiliated with ATMDepot do a full ATM placement, then the placement deal will include all three aspects mentioned above.

In another case, if you’d like to own the ATM but outsource the Cash Vaulting and the service, we can also help you with that.

Simply let us know if you’d like a full ‘ATM Placement’ or partial and an Independent ATM Deployer, “IAD” will specifically work with you to develop a successful ATM program.

Responsibilities of an ATM Operator / ATM Owner usually include:

  • Purchasing the ATM
  • Keeping the ATM filled with cash
  • Cleaning the ATM
  • Keeping the ATMs software up-to-date
  • Quickly fixing any ATM error codes

If you prefer to take on all of the ATM ownership responsibilities yourself, you would then earn all of the revenue.

Certainly, that’s cool with us as well! Of course, we can send the ATM revenue to anyone you designate to make accounting easy. Then, we can pay up to three different people or entities. ATMDepot pays 100% of the ATMs set surcharge 100% of the time. So, if you’re looking for an ATM placement service you’re in the right place.

Contrarily, if you’d prefer to own and operate the ATM yourself, please request your free ATM Start-Up Kit here.

How do I get paid?

Answer: Your surcharge (aka residuals or commissions) payment goes via ACH deposit directly to the bank account you provide on your ACH Form and Voided Check.
Surcharge income deposits subsequently between the 8th and 12th of every month depending upon business banking hours and the Federal Reserve settlement times.
You can also elect to get paid by check or have surcharge funds deposited daily with settlement funds. However, we do not recommend daily surcharge deposits as it makes your accounting more tedious. You will receive a monthly statement for each location by email around the same time. On the other hand, if you’d prefer, you can also download them from the online portal.
Follow-Up Question: How do I get back the cash people take out of my ATM?
Answer: Funds withdrawn from the ATM are referred to as your “Vault Cash” or “vault funds”. Vault cash is sent (settled) back to your designated bank account accordingly (as noted on your ACH Form) the next banking business day.

Do I need a separate bank account for my ATM Business? What kind of bank account?

Answers: Sometimes. A separate checking account for your ATM Business is highly recommended. For one thing, if you are starting out as an individual and don’t have an official business, it may be more difficult to get a bank to work with you.
If you already have another established business and business bank account you may consider running your ATM operation under the existing business and bank account. Undoubtedly, this could be an easier way when starting out.
Of course, we recommend you speak to your bank first and find out their policy on providing cash for vault funds. In this situation, tell them it will only be a few thousand a week and if it grows you’ll open an additional account as needed.

Answer: Yes. ATMDepot provides online access to your terminals. With this in mind, you can login from a desktop or your mobile device to check on your ATM(s) transactions in real time, print statements, view deposit reports, and a host of other functions. Furthermore, we can also set up low balance alerts via text right to your phone to let you know when one of your ATM’s is running low on cash. This way, you can better manage cash replenishment.

What do I have to pay ATMDepot for processing? Whats my monthly fee?

Answer: There are no monthly fees, statement fees, or monthly minimums when processing with ATMDepot.
Basically, you don’t pay us anything. Processing is free. To sum up, we give you the full surcharge and depending upon your total transaction volume you may be able to get a little more. The only fee you might encounter is for a wireless communication device. For instance, if you are connecting your ATM using a wireless device, the corresponding monthly fee will be charged by way of the payment option you selected.
Follow-Up Question: So how does ATMDepot get paid? Is there a catch?
Answer: No catch. Specifically, we get paid by the networks via our processing center for helping you manage your business, getting your paperwork in order, handling your ATM services, and providing full-service support. That way you can concentrate on sales, for example, while we handle everything on the backend.
